Food for Thought is a new series of informal gatherings. Each FFT will take place at a restaurant or gathering place that embodies good, clean and fair. You’ll have a chance to hear a few words from our host about how they infuse their values into their work. These are no-host events. Please join us and add to the discussion!
First up is Old Salt Marketplace where chef and owner Ben Meyer will talk about his views on sustainable restaurant practices. Old Salt is rich community, featuring a butcher, a baker, a culinary school and restaurant. During market months, you can shop their Thursday farmers market. It’s truly a good food community.
