Food for Thought is a new series of informal gatherings. Each FFT will take place at a restaurant or gathering place that embodies good, clean and fair. You’ll have a chance to hear a few words from our host about how they infuse their values into their work. These are no-host events. Please join us and add to the discussion!
Next up is Tabor Bread a wood-fired bakery that captures the flavor and bounty of the Northwest by sourcing grains locally, milling them in-house and using them at their peak of freshness, and fermenting its bread using wild yeast. General Manager Annie Moss will discuss the role of grains in the regional food economy, and the importance of developing a culture around the re-localization of grains.
