Enjoy multiple small plates of seafood with sake pairings designed by the talented chefs at Bamboo Sushi—all while learning about fish preparation, taste combinations, sourcing, seasonality, and “foraged” fish. Brandon Hill, Bamboo Sushi Director of Operations, also gives us an overview of the sourcing policies, preparation, and cooking practices that makes Bamboo Sushi a leader in sustainability and marine stewardship. Pacific northwest shrimp, crab, salmon and other seasonal fish provide the foundation for this tasty two hour educational experience.
