	Oregon Farmers Markets are a unique partnership between city residents and farmers. The Oregon Farmers' Markets Association seeks to promote, support and develop this partnership for the benefit of Oregon farmers and Oregon communities.

	Portland Area CSA Coalition lists Portland area CSA's, farms that sell directly to consumers who buy "shares" in each year's harvest. The result is a direct connection between what is produced and what is purchased and consumed. The CSA model is an economically viable way for small scale farmers to produce a small amount of a wide variety of high quality vegetables in an earth-friendly way. CSAs foster responsible relationships between the grower, the consumer, the food, and the land on which the food is grown.
