Disco Pickle is back! Come prepared to make quick pickles, packing your favorite summer veggies (or fruit) into brine while shimmying to disco tunes. Disco Pickle is a collaboration with Cook First Portland.

Join us for a demo at 10:30 AM followed by hands-on quick pickle making at our DIY booth until 1 PM.
