Explore their applewood-smoked buttercream, available at Helvetia Farm Market, Market of Choice, Alberta CoOp, and Classic Foods.
Then Araceli de la Cruz of @lapopular_makatlan will share her family’s traditional birria sauce designed to enhance a foundation of meat or vegetables with the aromatic richness of local tomatoes, peppers, annatto, chocolate, and her own unique seasoning blend.
